BBO k-space phase-matching map

For each signal K-vector in the displayed plane, the idler is set by Ki = Kp − Ks. The program solves the BBO dispersion relation numerically for λs and λi, then displays Δω = ωp − ωs − ωi.
BBO Sellmeier model: standard room-temperature wavelength form, with a simple temperature option omitted from the index model (temperature is displayed only for bookkeeping). λ is in μm. The map is an ideal infinite-crystal kinematic map; nonlinear coupling and finite-length sinc weighting are not included yet.
